At Fundación Participe, we imagine a just and sustainable future built on the basis of collective responsibility and participatory democracy. The pressing problems faced by Colombia and communities around the world (from poverty to climate change and threats to rights and freedoms) compel us to act in a unified way.

In this spirit, we seek to mobilize diverse coalitions that overcome divisions; amplify unheard voices; and cultivate the next generation of engaged citizens. Because we know that resilient societies emerge when all people have the power to be agents of change.

The path forward requires the full breadth of human creativity and empathy. By facilitating true dialogue, fostering innovation laboratories focused on equity, and giving life to public-private partnerships for the health of our shared planet, we aim to achieve solutions as diverse as our people.
